Tamper evident bags: caseworker guidance   16 October 2023

 

The Immigration staff guidance on the procedure for securing seized or detained items in a tamper evident bag (TEB) has been updated.

 

This guidance tells Immigration Enforcement (IE) and suitably trained and accredited criminal investigators within the Home Office about tamper evident bags (TEBs) and when and how to use them.

 

Revoking indefinite leave to remain in the UK: caseworker guidance 18 October 2023


The Immigration staff guidance on revoking indefinite leave has been amended to reflect the changes to the EU Exit Citizens’ Rights Appeals Regulations 2020.

 

This guidance tells you about the revocation of indefinite leave to enter or remain under section 76 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002.
